DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• Kamodinee ships throughout India so you can receive your orders in any corner of the country.

• Cost of shipping: Shipping for all orders within India are free. For orders with international shipping address, are charged Rs.1500 per kg.

• Cash on Delivery: If you choose COD option, we do not charge any additional fee from you! You receive you order at the price of the product.

• Order Delivery Time: For estimated Domestic shipping and delivery timeline, kindly refer to the respective product page. Once shipped, the order takes about 7-10 working days to reach to you.

Also, if you have placed an order within multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery is indicative, and on some occasions you may face unavoidable delays which are beyond our control. Kindly Contact us in that case.

• Track My order: You can simply click on the TRACK ORDER and enter the last 4 digits of the AWB number you receive over the email to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.

• Shipping Details: For orders within India, once the product order has been dispatched, you will receive and Email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

• Delivery Delay: We try our best to get your products reach to you within the estimated delivery time. If the order package is delayed or has not reached to you by expected delivery date , kindly call us on 91-9166180483 or write to us at kkamodinee@gmail.com

• Re-attempt of order delivery: If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.

• Modify Shipping Address: Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed(shipped) your order, by contacting us at +91-9166180483.

In case, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to the new address and will charge you INR 200.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Kamodinee provides International Shipments, most of the shipments take place with FedEx, DHL and other reputed companies. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all our international orders.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all the applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes (if any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Exchanges and Returns are not applicable on international orders.
