EXCHANGE POLICY
Kamodinee.com follows a friendly policy to ensure you have a stress-free purchase with us .Team Kamodinee is always with you before and after your purchase. For additional measures, please read through our T&C before placing an order with us.
Exchanges are only accepted if there is manufacturing defect or if there is a size issue (replacement with a smaller or bigger size). [We do issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock].
If the product is eligible for size exchanges, you may call us on our customer care number +91-9166180483 or write to us at kkamodinee@gmail.com strictly within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
We do only size exchange for once for all the orders, items once sold are not taken back.
The cost of return pickup or shipping is at customer’s expense and is not refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (as we do not have reverse pickup facility), as any returned item that is not received by Kamodinee will be treated as not returned.
All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.

Exchange can be done within 3 days of purchases.
Please maintain the price tag on the outfit and the shipment bill/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly tend the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and properly folded will be considered for exchange.
Please mention your name, address, mobile no., email id and order id on the parcel.
Exchanges can be processed only once per order.
We do not take returns on items sold once.
The cost of shipping to and fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you. The charges would be Rs.199 for the same.
When an exchange is not accepted?
We do not accept returns and exchanges if the dress doesn’t suit you or is not up to your expectations. We also do not exchange or return for any small issues like tussles pulled, as that might happen during transit of the product. You can fix it easily.
Exchanges are not accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the product. As we use the best quality material in market and all the products are double checked and product details are mentioned in product detail.
Exchange not accepted due to color difference 10-12 percent. 10-12% color difference might be due to screen resolution and lights.
The customer agrees to dispute the decision made by Kamodinee, and accept Kamodinee’s decision regarding the cancellation.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please drop us an mail at kkamodinee@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
Prepaid orders are not applicable for cancellations.
We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want the order, so we do not dispatch the order.
